Bye bye car

“Bye bye car,” we said as we cycled away from it. It has gone so quickly and now we are on our cycling holiday.
Oh, sorry, come on and meet my family…
My mum likes shopping and things like that.
I like eating and eating and eating. I eat all the time. If I can!
My Daddy is funny and I like him being funny.
Cameron is cheeky and is sometimes a sneaky cheat.
My sister Hannah is very cute and I love her.

Driving a long way

Today we are going to a Premier Travel Inn.
It will be a long way so I will go to sleep!!!

Matthew's LEJOG diary

Welcome to Matthew's LEJOG diary.

Matthew is six and almost three quarters and is our eldest and strongest boy. He's no stranger to touring on a tandem having covered 1000 miles last year on tours in Cumbria and Western Sweden. This year he's going to be coaching his mum from the back seat of her tandem on what will be her first tandem tour. He's going to use these pages to give you an almost seven year old perspective on life on the road as he helps power us from Lands End to John O'Groats.
